Roaming guides: UK & Ireland

Roaming is where UK and Irish travellers get stung — a daily charge that stacks up quietly, or a per-megabyte rate that produces a shocking bill. These guides go network by network: what yours charges in the places you are going, and at what point an eSIM (often under a tenner for the whole trip) beats it.
Roaming prices change, so every guide in this section will carry a “checked” date and a link to the network's own charges page, and we re-check them every quarter.
